Northrop Grumman is seeking a PM&P Material Process Engineering Manager 3 for the SDS division in Roy, UT. The role leads the PM&P design discipline, coordinating across design, manufacturing, procurement, and quality to ensure compliant, cost-effective materials and processes for high-value programs.

The candidate will establish PM&P plans, mentor junior engineers, manage supplier interfaces, and present status to leadership, with travel up to 25% and a base salary range highlighted

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Materials, Metallurgical, or Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of experience; Master’s with 6+ years.
• Active U.S. government DoD Secret clearance, capable of SAP approval.
• Minimum 3 years CAM experience with cost/schedule baselines.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM&P Design discipline within SDS Design Engineering.
• Develop and maintain PM&P plans for design, development, production, test, and sustainment.
• Provide MA/DFI input during design reviews for material, process feasibility, and cost optimization.
