Job summary
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Material Process Engineering Manager 2 in Roy, UT to lead PM&P engineers within a matrixed organization and ensure integration across design and manufacturing under a systems engineering framework.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM with 8+ years of related experience, or Master's with 6 years
- US Citizen with ability to obtain an active DoD Secret clearance and SAP approval
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and typical PM&P/engineering workflows
Responsibilities
- Manage PM&P engineers within a matrixed organization coordinating with design and manufacturing
- Provide performance feedback, training, mentoring and career development
- Support workforce planning and talent retention and engagement
- Serve as systems-engineering liaison for Sentinel IPTs on COTS activities and ensure compliance with SOW/CDRs
