Job summary

Johnstone Supply is hiring a COS Material Handler I to receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship HVACR products with accuracy and safety. You will operate forklifts and RF scanners, verify shipments, and maintain inventory integrity across the warehouse environment.

Qualifications include a GED/HS diploma and 0–1 year of related experience. OSHA safety awareness, teamwork, and the ability to read basic measurements are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 0–1 year related experience or training.
• Experience with a picker, forklift, RF scanner, and inventory management systems preferred.
• English proficiency required due to safety regulations and communication needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate power equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely to locate and move products.
• Receive shipments, unload trucks, and verify against packing lists and paperwork.
• Fill, pack, and ship orders; maintain accurate stock counts and labeling.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; participate in cycle counts and MSDS access.
