Johnstone Supply LLC is seeking a Material Handler I in Miami to receive, fill, and ship products efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records. The role involves operating forklifts and RF scanners, verifying shipments, and packing orders with care to prevent damage.

Candidates should have a High school diploma or GED and prefer experience with ERP/inventory systems. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential for daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 0–1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Experience with a picker, forklift, RF scanner, and inventory management systems is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and follow instructions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate power equipment (electric pallet, walkie rider, sit-down forklift) safely to move products.
• Receive product by unloading trucks and verify against packing lists and paperwork.
• Ensure shipments are in good condition and properly labeled; complete related paperwork.
• Fill and pack orders, ensuring proper packaging to minimize damage.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety rules; report hazards.
