Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a forklift operator for a W shift (6 AM–6 PM, M-TH) at our Holland, MI plant. You will operate lifting equipment to move materials, stock inventory, and support safe, efficient production flow.

We value safety, ownership through our ESOP, and teamwork as core drivers of performance. Qualified candidates have a HS diploma or GED and can read and follow instructions in English.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; ability to read, write and understand English to safely perform duties.
• Experience with material handling and forklift operation preferred.
• Demonstrates safety, reliability and integrity in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Observe and comply with safety, environmental, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Assist in training and continuous improvement activities as needed.
• Move levers and pedals to drive forklift and control lifting devices.
• Position forks or lifting devices under pallets and transport loads to designated areas.
• Unload, stack, and inventory materials on the work floor.
• Weigh materials and record data on tags or schedules.
