Challenge Manufacturing seeks a Forklift Operator for the W Shift at Plant 4 in Holland, MI. This full-time role requires safe operation of forklifts, adherence to safety and quality standards, and timely material handling to support production lines.

Applicants should have a HS diploma or GED and be able to read, write, and understand English. Prior material handling and HiLo driving experience are preferred, with flexibility for 12-hour shifts and weekend work.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to safely perform duties.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Previous material handling and HiLo driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and lifting devices to move materials safely.
• Observe safety, environmental, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Move and load pallets, stacks, and unload materials as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and provide materials to production as required.
• Recharges batteries or swaps liquefied gas tanks as needed.
