Challenge Manufacturing in Walker, MI is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator/Material Handler to move materials, support production lines, and load/unload pallets with safety and accuracy.

You will operate powered forklifts, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with material transfers across the plant. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• One month related experience or training.
• Previous material handling experience preferred.
• HiLo driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and comply with safety, environmental, regulatory requirements.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and supply materials as needed.
• Operate lifting devices and assist with plant flow to meet customer needs.
