Challenge Manufacturing in Walker, MI plant seeks a full-time forklift operator to move materials, load/unload pallets, and maintain accurate inventory. Role requires 18+ and ability to stand long shifts; weekend work may be required to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours and perform duties safely.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for instructions.
• Experience in material handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move pallets and materials.
• Unload, stack, and load materials onto pallets.
• Inventory materials on the work floor and supply others.
• Recharge batteries or replace liquefied gas tank.
