Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented Material Handler in Maple Grove, MN to keep materials flowing from receipt to shipment. You’ll unload, receive, store, and stage materials, manage inventory, and prepare kits for work centers. A forklift (stand‑up) and SAP experience help you excel in this role.

Die-hard reliability, teamwork with internal and external customers, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs are essential, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a $21.50 hourly rate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of stand-up forklift/reach truck experience required.
• Steel-toe shoes required.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret Bills of Material.

Are you a detail-oriented warehouse individual with a knack for organization and a passion for keeping things moving? If so, we want you to join the team as a Material Handler!

In this role, you will ensure the smooth flow of materials throughout the manufacturing facility. From receiving and storing materials to shipping finished products, you'll play a critical role in meeting the needs of both internal and external customers.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Pay:

$21.50/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Unload, receive, and store materials and supplies.

• Stage and load finished materials for shipment.

• Manage inventory and replenish stock to maintain a steady production flow.

What You’ll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1-2 years of experience with stand‑up forklift/reach truck experience required.

• Steel‑toe shoes required

• Experience with SAP is a plus!

• Ability to read and interpret written instructions, including Bills of Material.

• Knowledge of plant layout and material locations.

• Understanding of shipping and receiving documentation.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally.

• Comfortable with repetitive hand/wrist activities.
