Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee daily program operations, ensure OBOT standards compliance, and supervise staff across clinic locations.

The role requires potential travel to multiple clinic sites and flexibility to work weekends/evenings. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preferred supervisory and OBOT experience in addiction treatment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred for coordinating program staff and performance reviews.
• Experience in Office Based Opioid Treatment settings and with substance use treatment.
• State licensure, education, and experience requirements per regulatory standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily program operations and assist where needed according to licensure.
• Ensure compliance with OBOT standards and regulatory procedures.
• Screen and interview candidates; orient new associates and manage onboarding.
