Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers in the United States seeks an Assistant Program Supervisor to support center operations and contribute to a high-quality MAT program. The role involves working closely with the Program Supervisor, conducting interviews, onboarding new staff, and maintaining accurate schedules and front-office duties across assigned centers.

The position emphasizes policy compliance, staff development, and a commitment to compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Preference given to candidates with supervisory experience and experience in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program.
• Experience working with individuals with substance abuse or mental health.
• Highschool Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster an environment that supports Crossroads Mission and Inspire Culture.
• Assist with interviews for open positions and onboarding of new staff.
• Manage schedules and timecards, and perform front office responsibilities at centers.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure policy compliance.
