Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Erie area clinics. You will ensure OBOT and operational standards alignment, supervise staff, and coordinate with governance and regulatory bodies to maintain high standards of care.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in an Office Based Opioid Treatment setting, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based treatment for individuals with opioid use disorder.

Qualifications

• Preference given to candidates with experience in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program and supervisory experience.
• Experience working with individuals with substance abuse or mental health.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and provide assistance where needed, depending on licensure.
• Maintain DEA and regulatory compliance and supervise staff performance.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to improve service provision and inform leadership.
• Review policies and ensure day-to-day operations align with program standards.
