Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking an Assistant Program Supervisor to support clinic operations in a fast-paced MAT setting. You will assist the Program Supervisor, help manage staff, and ensure policy adherence across centers.

The role involves front-office duties, scheduling, and coordinating care for patients with opioid use disorder. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program and comfort working with individuals facing substance use or

Qualifications

• Preference for candidates with supervisory experience in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program.
• Experience working with individuals with substance use or mental health issues.
• The Program Supervisor must meet state-defined licensure, education, and experience requirements.

Responsabilités

• Fosters a positive environment aligned with Crossroads Mission and Inspire Culture.
• Supports and reinforces Crossroads policies and procedures.
• Assists Program Supervisor in achieving KPI targets: Census, Attrition, EBITDA, NPS.
• Partners with Program Supervisor on employee relations matters.
• Participates in interviews for open positions and onboarding of new staff.
• Monitors team performance and compliance; assists with staff training.
• Creates schedules and approves timecards for centers.
• Handles front office duties including check-in/out, vitals, and urine tests.
