Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Program Supervisor for Erie, Meadville, Warren and Bradford, PA. This full-time role oversees daily program operations, ensures OBOT standards, and coordinates with staff and external partners to deliver evidence-based MAT services.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, understands substance use treatment, and can orient new hires while maintaining compliant patient records and policies.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• Candidates with prior supervisory experience preferred in an OP treatment setting.
• Experience with substance use treatment and related regulatory requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and provide guidance where needed.
• Ensure OBOT standards and regulatory procedures are followed.
• Conduct new hire orientation and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners to improve service delivery.
• Manage program staff and maintain patient records according to regulations.
