Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers in Butler, PA is seeking an Assistant Program Supervisor to support Center operations and staff success. You will reinforce policies, help manage KPI targets, participate in interviews, onboarding, scheduling, front-office duties, and patient coordination.

Travel to other center locations, including Natrona Heights and Beaver, may be required; strong supervisory experience in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program is preferred, with a focus on compassionate patient

Qualifications

• Preference given to candidates with supervisory experience in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program.
• Experience with individuals with substance use or mental health.
• The Program Supervisor must meet state-defined minimum licensure, education, and experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Creates and fosters an environment that supports Crossroads Mission and Inspire Culture.
• Supports and reinforces Crossroads policies and procedures.
• Assists Program Supervisor with the achievement of Crossroads 4 main KPI’s: Census, Attrition, EBITDA and NPS.
• Proactively partner with Program Supervisor and Human Capital Business Partner on employee relations matters.
• Partners with Program Supervisor in conducting interviews for open positions.
• Assists with the onboarding and acclimation of new Crossroads team members, including review of job description, associate handbook, new hire policies, etc.
