Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking an Assistant Program Supervisor to support operations across Fayetteville, Sparta and Tullahoma, TN. This role partners with the Program Supervisor to ensure staffing, training, and excellent patient service at our outpatient MAT clinics.

You will help monitor KPIs, participate in interviews, onboarding, and front-office duties while ensuring policies are followed and patient care remains a top priority.

Qualifications

• Preference for candidates with experience in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program.
• Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders or mental health.
• Highschool Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Supervisor with achieving KPI targets including Census, Attrition, EBITDA and NPS.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding for new staff across multiple centers.
• Manage front office duties and timecard approvals for assigned centers.
• Support staff with scheduling, training, and performance evaluations in collaboration with Program Supervisor.
