Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking an Assistant Program Supervisor for our Greenville and Newport, TN locations. The role centers on supporting the Program Supervisor, managing staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations at outpatient centers providing MAT services.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, familiarity with opioid use disorder or related behavioral health, and a completion of a high school diploma or GED. Expect full-time hours with standard weekday schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in an outpatient setting.
• Candidates with opioid use disorder or substance abuse/behavioral health experience preferred.
• Highschool diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Creates and fosters an environment that supports Crossroads Mission and Inspire Culture.
• Assists Program Supervisor with achievement of KPI’s: Census, Attrition, EBITDA and NPS.
• Partners with Program Supervisor in conducting interviews for open positions.
• Onsite during center hours and available for staff support and escalation of issues.
• Performs front office responsibilities, including check-in/out, vitals, and urine toxicology.
• Maintains patient insurance information and communicates insurance concerns.
