Job summary

MGM Resorts International’s Catch restaurant at Aria in Las Vegas is seeking a Master Sushi Cook to lead high-volume sushi preparation under the Chef’s direction. You will set up stations, ensure quality, portion control, and garnish, while supporting food safety and sanitation standards.

The ideal candidate is 18+, has at least 2 years of sushi experience, and can work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience in a high-volume sushi restaurant.
• Strong understanding of sushi preparation techniques and food safety.
• Commitment to quality, temperature control, and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Follow approved methods of food preparation, cooking, and garnishing.
• Set up workstations and operate stations independently or with a team.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and handled correctly.
• Maintain food safety standards and proper temperature control.
• Complete closing duties as directed by culinary leadership.
