Job summary

MGM Resorts International’s Catch restaurant at Aria in Las Vegas is seeking a Master Sushi Cook to lead high-volume sushi preparation under the Chef’s direction. You will set up stations, ensure quality, portion control, and garnish, while supporting food safety and sanitation standards.

The ideal candidate is 18+, has at least 2 years of sushi experience, and can work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us. **THE STARTING RATE:** $30.7546/hr **THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Follow approved methods of food preparation, cooking, portion sizing, sauce preparation, and garnishing as instructed by the Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and/or Sous Chef.* Set up assigned workstations according to established pars and station setup sheets.
