Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in mass torts or complex litigation.
• Experience standardizing processes across multiple teams or matters.
• Hands-on experience with legal case management systems and data tracking.
• Advanced Excel skills and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical and administrative support to attorneys managing mass tort settlements.
• Serve as subject matter expert on the team’s case management and settlement tracking systems.
• Design and maintain intake, data entry, tracking, and reporting protocols.
• Lead QA and reporting across the settlement lifecycle.
• Coordinate with plaintiff firms on claimant data and inventories.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and test deliverables.
• Maintain data alignment across firm systems and third-party portals.
• Train staff on protocols and system use and develop reference materials.
