Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of mass torts, complex litigation, or settlement administration experience.
• Experience building, documenting, or standardizing processes across multiple teams or matters.
• Proficiency with legal case management, claims, or CRM systems (Case Manager Pro, Litify, Filevine) and relational data.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to design and interpret recurring reports.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical and administrative support to attorneys managing mass tort settlements across the lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert on the team’s case management and settlement tracking systems.
• Design, document, and maintain intake, data entry, tracking, and reporting protocols.
• Administer the QA process for settlement data and track remediation.
• Lead intake of case and claimant information and reconcile inventories.
• Manage import/export and reporting workflows and identify new capabilities needed.
• Translate business requirements to IT and vendors, participate in design and testing.
• Maintain data alignment across firm systems and third-party portals; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain settlement payment tracking as a system of record.
• Coordinate lien resolution, QSF data, and provider communications.
• Act as data contact for settlement administrators and counsel.
• Train staff on protocols and system use; create reference materials.
• Perform other duties related to settlement operations.
