The role acts as the SME for the practice’s case management and settlement systems, coordinating with attorneys and platform vendors to standardize processes.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in mass torts or settlement operations, strong data management skills, and experience documenting procedures across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in mass torts, complex litigation, or high-volume claims environment.
• Experience documenting, standardizing processes across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake of case and claim information with claimant data submission and reconciliation.
• Design, document, and maintain intake, data entry, tracking, and reporting protocols.
• Serve as primary expert on case management and settlement tracking systems for mass torts.
• Coordinate with firm technology personnel and outside vendors to translate requirements into usable functionality.
• Maintain alignment of data across firm systems and third-party portals with QA and audits.
