Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in mass torts, complex litigation, or settlement administration.
• Experience building, documenting, or standardizing processes across multiple teams.
• Experience with legal case management, claims, or CRM systems (Case Manager Pro, Litify, or Filevine) or SQL-based platforms.
• Knowledge of settlement administration mechanics, including inventories, releases, lien resolution, QSF, and payment tracking.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build and interpret recurring reporting.
• Ability to manage high-volume data and ensure data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical and administrative support to attorneys managing mass tort settlements, including data management, tracking, and QA.
• Serve as subject m*atter expert on case management and settlement tracking systems; document configurations and capabilities.
• Design and maintain intake, data entry, tracking, and reporting protocols under attorney direction.
• Administer QA processes, create recurring QA reports, and track remediation to closure.
• Lead claims intake, including coordination with plaintiffs' firms and reconciliation against firm records.
• Manage import/export workflows and identify needs for new capabilities.
• Translate business requirements to IT and outside vendors; participate in design and testing.
• Synchronize data across firm systems and third-party portals; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain settlement payment tracking as system of record for tax docs and expenses.
• Coordinate with settlement admins, lien vendors, and clients; report conditions precedent to distributions.
• Train staff on protocols and systems; create reference docs and job aids.
