Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Marketing Technology Manager to oversee the administration, optimization, and adoption of the firm's marketing technology stack across CRM, website, email, and analytics.

This role partners with Marketing & Communications, IT, and Business Development to deliver data-driven insights, drive user adoption, and implement new tools in a hybrid or remote capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting marketing technology, CRM, digital marketing, business development technology, or marketing operations.
• Experience administering CRM, email marketing, website, or related business development technologies.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with attorneys, business professionals, vendors, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the firm’s MarTech stack.
• Support CRM, email marketing, website, and analytics.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT and business teams.
• Develop reports and dashboards for marketing programs.
• Lead adoption and training for new tools.
• Ensure data governance and compliance across platforms.
