Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Marketing Technology Manager to administer and optimize the firm’s MarTech stack, CRM, website, and digital marketing tools across multiple offices and potential remote capacity.

You will work with Marketing, IT, and Business Development to ensure user enablement, reporting, and continuous improvement of technology platforms. 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting marketing technology, CRM, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
• Experience administering CRM, email marketing, website, or related business development technologies.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the firm’s MarTech stack and related platforms.
• Manage day-to-day system maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Coordinate upgrades, integrations, and vendor-supported improvements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support marketing and BD activities.
• Support administration of CRM and experience management platforms (e.g., InterAction, Foundation).
• Assist with data quality initiatives and user adoption programs.
• Support website CMS, content publishing, and digital marketing tools.
• Create training materials and promote adoption of new tools and features.
