Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Marketing Technology Manager to lead administration, optimization, and adoption of the firm’s MarTech stack. You will support CRM, experience management, website, analytics, and related platforms across Marketing, Business Development, IT, and Knowledge Management teams.

The role emphasizes system administration, user enablement, reporting, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to work in a hybrid or remote capacity across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting marketing technology, CRM, digital marketing, business development technology, or marketing operations.
• Experience administering CRM, email marketing, website, or related business development technologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the firm’s MarTech stack; manage day-to-day system maintenance and testing.
• Support administration and optimization of CRM and experience management platforms; develop reports and dashboards.
• Assist with website CMS updates, content publishing, SEO, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Develop recurring reports and analytics; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Participate in implementation of new marketing tech tools; provide user training and adoption.
• Explore AI-enabled marketing technologies and support adoption.
• Support data governance, privacy, and compliance across platforms.
