Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Marketing Technology Manager to administer and optimize the firm’s MarTech stack, CRM, email marketing, website and analytics. You will enable attorneys and business professionals, implement improvements, and ensure data accuracy across platforms.

The role collaborates with Marketing, IT, and Business Development, with a focus on user enablement, reporting, and adoption of new tools. Hybrid or remote capacity is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting marketing technology, CRM, digital marketing, business development technology, or marketing operations.
• Experience administering CRM, email marketing, website, or related business development technologies.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the firm’s MarTech stack and related platforms.
• Support CRM, email marketing, website, and digital marketing tools.
• Develop standard reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Knowledge Management teams to improve data accuracy and accessibility.
• Provide end-user support and training; create training materials.
