Job summary

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is seeking a Marketing Technology Senior Manager to lead strategy, ownership, and optimization of the firm's marketing tech ecosystem including CRM, email marketing, CMS, analytics, and related platforms.

You will report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate with Business Development to align technology with client engagement and brand goals. The role supports a fully remote work option with state residency requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or business/marketing emphasis preferred.
6+ years in marketing technology, marketing operations, CRM, digital marketing, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of CRM, email marketing, website CMS, analytics, and marketing platforms.
Experience improving CRM adoption, data quality, reporting, segmentation, and workflows.
Ability to translate business needs into technology requirements and plans.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a marketing technology roadmap aligned with firm priorities.
Lead platform administration, data hygiene, user access, integrations, and upgrades.
Own CRM strategy, dashboards, data governance, and campaign analytics.
Manage marketing technology projects from requirements through rollout and adoption.
Oversee vendor relationships, budgets, timelines, and team guidance.
