Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end Martech platform solutions with senior stakeholder buy-in.
• 5+ years using marketing automation platforms, with Marketo preferred.
• Deep expertise in identity resolution, XDM, data ingestion, and audience segmentation.
• Experience with campaign configuration, lead scoring, and API integrations.

Responsabilités

• Lead hands-on implementation, optimization, and scaling of marketing platforms within AWS Marketing.
• Translate strategies into platform-native journey architectures and orchestration logic.
• Triage platform issues with vendor teams to ensure production readiness.
• Design data pipelines, schemas (XDM), datasets, and CJA dashboards.
• Configure automated campaigns, reporting, and list segmentation.
• Develop AI-driven solutions leveraging Adobe’s Agent ecosystem to streamline ops.
• Present data-driven recommendations to leadership with KPI analyses.
