Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a MarTech Architect to lead DX/Martech architecture for the East region, partnering with Adobe, Salesforce and ecosystem partners. You will own technical design standards, drive AI-enabled patterns, and craft reusable accelerators for pre-sales while ensuring architecture credibility with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Experience, Martech and leading DX platform skills.
• Bachelor's degree plus a Computer Science related degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth for DX/Martech services by partnering with the TCS ecosystem and platform partners.
• Architect and scale Martech solution delivery, owning technical design standards.
• Own Adobe and Martech GTM motions, translating capabilities into solution narratives.
• Drive AI-led architecture patterns into solution designs.
• Build client-facing architecture credibility and act as the technical voice.
• Collaborate with CoEs and delivery to ensure architecture holds through implementation.
• Own end-to-end Martech reference architecture for East region engagements.
• Lead technical solutioning and architecture reviews for RFPs/proposals.
• Create POVs and accelerators for pre-sales reuse.
• Serve as escalation point between delivery teams and client IT.
