Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Martech Architect in New York to lead next-generation DX/Martech initiatives across the East region. You will architect scalable Martech solutions, guide GTM motions for Adobe and related stacks, and drive AI-native personalization patterns with senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes partnership with ecosystem partners, advisory on architectural standards, and delivery coordination to ensure architectural integrity through implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in digital experience and Martech platforms is expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth for DX/Martech services by partnering with the TCS ecosystem, Adobe/Salesforce/other platform partners, and regional alliances
• Architect and scale Martech solution delivery for the region - own technical design standards, not just team management
• Own Adobe (and broader Martech stack) GTM motion - translate platform capabilities into demand-generating solution narratives
• Drive AI-led architecture patterns (composable Martech, agentic workflows, AI-native personalization) into solution designs
• Build and defend client-facing architecture credibility - be the technical voice in advocacy, not just relationship owner
• Partner with CoEs and delivery to ensure architecture decisions hold up through implementation, not just at proposal stage
• Own end-to-end Martech reference architecture (CDP, DXP, CMS, personalization, analytics stack integration points) for East region engagements
• Lead technical solutioning and architecture review for RFPs/proposals
• Build POVs and reusable architecture accelerators that can be repurposed across pursuits - a force multiplier for pre-sales, not one-off work
• Act as technical escalation point between delivery teams and client architecture/IT stakeholders
