Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Marketing Technology leader to advance the MarTech stack and AI integration. You will oversee roadmaps, platform integrations, and vendor relationships, partnering with IT, data analytics, Compliance and Procurement.

You will guide budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for the marketing department, while building training programs to maximize adoption of MarTech tools and processes.

Qualifications

• 5 years in MarTech including CRM, CDP, MMP, Analytics, and model-driven targeting.
• 5 years in business & operational process optimization within a marketing context.
• 5 years of data architecture design (data lake/warehouse) and familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
• 5 years of integrating MarTech solutions and middleware platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Apache).
• 3 years of experience defining prioritized product roadmaps to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the advancement and maturity of the marketing technology stack and AI integration.
• Manage marketing technology roadmaps and platform integrations to meet current and future needs.
• Oversee vendor relationships and cross-functional collaboration for MarTech initiatives.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for the marketing department.
• Develop training and change management programs to maximize adoption of MarTech tools.
