• 5 years integrating MarTech solutions and middleware (CRM/ERP, Mulesoft, Apache).
• 3 years defining prioritized product roadmap from business and marketing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the advancement of the marketing technology stack and AI integration.
• Manage MarTech roadmaps and platform integrations, including vendor relationships.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for marketing operations.
• Develop training and change management programs for MarTech adoption.
• Represent marketing in cross-functional alignment and enterprise planning.
