Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Principal Commerce & AdTech/MarTech domain expert to lead a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team. This high-visibility role will translate Amazon’s commerce and advertising capabilities into scalable offerings for enterprise customers.

You will orchestrate cross-BU pursuits, bridge to Ads and Retail teams, and shape repeatable delivery models across geographies. The role demands leadership through ambiguity, influence-driven collaboration, and tying strategy to

Qualifications

8+ years as a technical specialist in customer-facing roles.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
Experience integrating MarTech in complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM, and data infra.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when commerce/advertising opportunities arise.
Bridge ProServe to Amazon Ads, Retail, and DSP organizations.
Support deal structure with regional advocates to ensure value and feasible delivery.
Create reusable integration assets and solution accelerators for faster deployments.
Engage partners to expand delivery capacity and scale solutions.
Navigate priorities across geographies, industries, and business units with judgment.
