Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal to lead as the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team.

This high-visibility role defines repeatable, scalable offerings for enterprise customers across geographies and industries. You will translate Amazon’s commerce and advertising capabilities into ProServe solutions, collaborating with Strategy, Delivery teams, and partners to shape pursuits in a global market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years as a technical specialist in customer-facing roles.
• Experience integrating MarTech solutions within complex SaaS ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Math, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits involving commerce or advertising, aligning experts from qualification to close.
• Serve as ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Retail, and DSP orgs to showcase delivery capabilities.
• Support deal structure with regional advocates to clarify customer value and feasibility.
• Create reusable integration assets and solution accelerators for faster deployments.
• Engage partners to expand delivery capacity and scale solutions across geographies.
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and business units with sound judgment.
