Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Principal to lead as the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within ProServe.

This high-visibility role defines scalable offerings across enterprise customers and connects cross-BU teams to commerce and advertising capabilities. You will collaborate with Strategy, ProServe delivery, and partners, navigate ambiguity, and drive repeatable outcomes across geographies and industries, shaping how AWS ProServe shows up for customers at senior

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical specialist in customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments that include complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising alongside other Amazon domains.
• Serve as the ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations.
• Support deal structure alongside regional advocates to ensure customer value is clear and delivery is feasible.
• Drive the creation of reusable integration assets and solution accelerators so subsequent customers deploy in weeks what the first took months to build.
• Engage partners to confirm delivery capacity, expanding reach so commerce and advertising solutions scale beyond direct ProServe involvement.
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and Amazon business units with high judgment and a bias for customer outcomes.
