Job summary
Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal to lead as the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team.
This high-visibility role shapes how ProServe delivers commerce, advertising, and data-driven marketing capabilities to enterprise customers worldwide. You will translate Amazon's commerce and advertising heritage into repeatable offerings and collaborate with Strategy, ProServe delivery, and partners to drive measurable business outcomes
Qualifications
- 8+ years of technical specialist experience in customer-facing roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
- Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments, connecting advertising and marketing tech to outcomes
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits for commerce/ads opportunities, aligning experts and sequencing from qualification to close.
- Bridge ProServe to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP orgs, making capabilities visible to teams.
- Support deal structure with regional advocates to ensure customer value and feasible delivery.
- Create reusable integration assets and solution accelerators to speed deployments.
- Engage partners to expand delivery capacity so solutions scale beyond ProServe involvement.
- Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and Amazon units with judgment and customer focus.
