Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Principal to be the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team.

This high-visibility role helps ProServe leverage Amazon's commerce and advertising capabilities across industries and geographies. You will collaborate with domain experts to build repeatable offerings, lead cross-BU pursuits, and drive outcomes for enterprise customers, aligning strategies with Strategy and Business Development and ProServe

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical specialist in customer-facing roles experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments that include complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising alongside other Amazon domains.
• Serve as the ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations.
• Support deal structure alongside regional advocates to ensure customer value is clear and delivery is feasible.
• Drive the creation of reusable integration assets and solution accelerators for rapid deployment.
• Engage partners to confirm delivery capacity and scale solutions across geographies.
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and Amazon business units.
