Job summary
Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal to lead as the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team.
This high-visibility role shapes how ProServe helps enterprise customers leverage Amazon’s commerce and advertising capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes across geographies and industries. Qualifications
- 8+ years of technical specialist in customer-facing roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
- Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments that include complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising.
- Serve as ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations.
- Support deal structure with regional advocates to ensure customer value and feasible delivery.
- Drive creation of reusable integration assets and solution accelerators for faster deployments.
- Engage partners to expand delivery capacity for scalable commerce/advertising solutions.
- Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and Amazon business units.
