Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal to be the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team.

This high-visibility role aims to translate Amazon's capabilities into repeatable, scalable offerings for enterprise customers across geographies. You will lead cross-BU pursuits, connect ProServe with Ads, Retail, and DSP teams, and build reusable assets while navigating diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical specialist in customer-facing roles experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments that include complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data infrastructure, with the ability to connect advertising and marketing technology to broader business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising alongside other Amazon domains.
• Serve as the ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations.
• Support deal structure alongside regional advocates to ensure customer value is clear and delivery is feasible.
• Drive the creation of reusable integration assets and solution accelerators for faster deployments.
• Engage partners to expand delivery capacity and scale solutions.
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and business units with a bias for customer outcomes.
