Job summary

AWS ProServe is seeking a Principal to serve as the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team. This high-visibility role is paving a new path for how ProServe helps enterprise customers leverage Amazon's depth in Digital Commerce, Advertising, and MarTech to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical specialist experience in customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Experience integrating MarTech solutions within complex enterprise SaaS ecosystems with CRM and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising alongside other Amazon domains.
• Serve as the ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations — making ProServe delivery capabilities visible and accessible to those teams.
• Support deal structure alongside regional advocates to ensure customer value is clear and delivery is feasible for commerce/advertising engagements.
• Drive the creation of reusable integration assets and solution accelerators so subsequent customers deploy in weeks what the first took months to build.
• Engage partners to confirm delivery capacity, expanding reach so commerce and advertising solutions scale beyond direct ProServe involvement.
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and Amazon business units with high judgment and a bias for customer outcomes.
