Job summary

AWS ProServe is seeking a Principal to serve as the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team. This high visibility role shapes how ProServe helps enterprise customers leverage Amazon's capabilities to drive measurable outcomes.

You will orchestrate cross-BU pursuits, bridge to Amazon Ads, Retail, and DSP, and drive reusable assets so customers deploy faster while delivering value across commerce and advertising initiatives globally.

Qualifications

8+ years of technical specialist in customer-facing roles experience.
Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments that include complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits involving commerce or advertising and align experts across engagements.
Bridge ProServe to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations to surface delivery capabilities.
Support deal structure with regional advocates to ensure clear customer value and feasible delivery.
Create reusable integration assets and solution accelerators to speed deployments.
Engage partners to expand reach and scale solutions globally.
