Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal for ProServe to become the first commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon team.

This high-visibility role shapes how ProServe helps enterprise customers leverage Amazon's commerce, advertising, and data-driven marketing capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes worldwide. You will translate capabilities into repeatable offerings, partner with Strategy, ProServe delivery, and other business units, and lead engagements

Qualifications

8+ years in technical specialist roles facing customers.
Bachelor's degree in CS, Math, or related field.
Experience integrating MarTech in enterprise SaaS ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits involving commerce or advertising, aligning experts from qualification to close.
Bridge ProServe to Amazon Ads, Retail, and DSP teams to expose delivery capabilities.
Support deal structure with regional advocates to ensure clear value and feasible delivery.
Create reusable integration assets and solution accelerators to speed deployments.
Engage partners to validate delivery capacity and scale solutions with ProServe involvement.
Navigate priorities across geographies and units with judgment and customer outcomes focus.
