Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal to be the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team, shaping scalable offerings for enterprise customers across industries.

You'll translate Amazon's commerce and advertising capabilities into customer-ready solutions, engage cross-BU teams, and guide pursuits from qualification to close while operating across geographies.

Qualifications

8+ years of technical specialist in customer-facing roles experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments that include complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data infrastructure, with the ability to connect advertising and marketing technology to broader business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits involving commerce or advertising with the right experts.
Serve as the ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP teams.
Support deal structures to ensure customer value and feasible delivery.
Drive reusable integration assets and solution accelerators for faster deployments.
Engage partners to confirm delivery capacity and scale solutions.
Navigate competing priorities across geographies and business units with strong judgment.
