Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in the United States seeks a Principal for AWS ProServe to lead as the first Commerce/AdTech/MarTech domain expert in a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team. You will translate commerce and advertising capabilities into scalable offerings for enterprise customers globally.

You will collaborate across Strategy, ProServe delivery, and partners to shape pursuits where commerce, advertising, or data-driven marketing creates customer value at senior engagement levels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical specialist in customer-facing roles experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments that include complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising alongside other Amazon domains.
• Serve as the ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations.
• Support deal structure with regional advocates to ensure customer value is clear.
• Drive creation of reusable integration assets and solution accelerators.
• Engage partners to confirm delivery capacity and scale solutions.
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and business units.
