Job summary

AWS ProServe seeks a Principal to be the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a Pan-Amazon ProServe team, translating Amazon's capabilities into enterprise solutions that scale across industries and geographies.

You will orchestrate cross-BU pursuits, serve as the ProServe bridge to Ads, Retail, and DSP, and drive reusable integration assets to accelerate delivery for global customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical specialist in customer-facing roles experience.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising alongside other Amazon domains, aligning the right experts and sequencing engagement from qualification to close.
• Serve as the ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations — making ProServe delivery capabilities visible and accessible to those teams.
• Support deal structure alongside regional advocates to ensure customer value is clear and delivery is feasible for commerce/advertising engagements.
• Drive the creation of reusable integration assets and solution accelerators so subsequent customers deploy in weeks what the first took months to build.
• Engage partners to confirm delivery capacity, expanding reach so commerce and advertising solutions scale beyond direct ProServe involvement.
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and Amazon business units with high judgment and a bias for customer outcomes.
