AWS ProServe is seeking a Principal to lead as the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team. This high-visibility role defines repeatable, scalable offerings across Digital Commerce, Advertising, and MarTech for enterprise customers globally.

You will translate Amazon's capabilities, lead across Strategy, ProServe delivery, and partners, and work with diverse geographies to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years of technical specialist in customer-facing roles
Bachelor's degree in CS, Math, or related field
Experience integrating MarTech within enterprise ecosystems

Responsibilities

Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising with other Amazon domains
Serve as the ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations
Support deal structure with regional advocates to ensure customer value and feasible delivery
Create reusable integration assets and solution accelerators for rapid deployment
Engage partners to extend delivery capacity for scalable solutions
Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and business units
