Job summary

Stfrancis is offering a Spring 2027 internship in South San Francisco to help evaluate and shape a marketplace growth playbook. The role covers pricing, promotions, partner prioritization, budget allocation, demand shaping, and protecting customer experience.

You will work with Analytics to build dashboards, analyze site and cohort performance, and support regular performance readouts, translating insights into actionable initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a master's degree program.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data tools.
• Ability to analyze performance across sites, cohorts or metros and provide recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and build the playbook for marketplace levers (pricing, promotions, partner prioritization, budget allocation, demand shaping, customer experience protection).
• Analyze site and cohort performance to identify priorities for growth actions and programs.
• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards with Analytics for visibility into site, cohort, and metro performance.
• Support daily/weekly site-level performance readouts on marketplace health, growth, and profitability.
• Monitor availability, throughput, throttling, and constraints; identify risks to growth plans or customer experience.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Utilization teams to translate insights into action.
