Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of marketing recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups.
• Proven experience hiring hard-to-fill product roles with sourcing tools, market research, and personalized outreach strategies.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data to refine strategies for hiring managers.
• Ability to quickly learn new roles and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and provide regular updates.
• Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset to meet outreach targets.
