Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth, technical, or mission-driven environments.
• 3+ years recruiting experienced Sales professionals across public sector, defense, fintech, crypto, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong outbound sourcing to identify and close passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and critical roles across Customer Success, Global Investigations, Compliance, Revenue Operations.
• Advise executive stakeholders on market dynamics, calibration, hiring strategy, and close approach.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies to identify and close top post-sales talent in tech, fintech, crypto, and financial services.
• Develop market maps for priority searches including competitive talent and referral networks.
• Create an exceptional candidate experience that reflects TRM's talent bar and operating principles.
• Use data and funnel metrics to diagnose search health and adjust strategy in real time.
• Serve as a craft leader on the Talent team, raising sourcing and stakeholder management standards.
